The women leadership series that Suchi conducted over a three month period had the right mix of theory/principles and live examples which we at senior leadership levels could relate to. The content was extremely informative with opportunities to ask questions about real life examples. She was able to relate to all 75 of us through story telling and empathetic listening.
An automobile company
Suchi anchored our leadership development intervention that consists of professionals of around two decades of experience at AGM and DGM levels. The journey of three months across 68 professionals witnessed many experiences – questioning “why” this is even relevant and “how” to take accountability, deal with conflicts and stakeholder relationships and “when” to use the principles of collaboration and create multiplier and ripple effects. It opened up possibilities in people to apply in their roles everyday. She is open to change and adapts to the need of the environment, while being firm on the objectives to be met.
An IT Solutions Technology Start up
The HR process consulting work that Suchi has been working with us on, helps us to build a strong foundation on people aspects. It is an important area given that we would want to create an organization that is built on Values, people capabilities and a workplace wherein employees create their best work and bring their authentic self to work, every day.
A healthcare start up
Suchi has been working with us for the past 5 months on three areas (a) Leadership coaching (b) Culture assessments ( c) employee experience framework. She approaches a problem from a root cause perspective and is able to work with people across the unit to create solutions that work for our environment – one that is owned by employees and managers.
