Brijesh Damodaran

Brijesh Damodaran is the co-founder & Chief Investment Officer of Auxano Capital , an early stage (seed, pre-Series A, and soon to be Series A & B financing rounds) venture capital firm that invests in growth-stage businesses spanning across industries.

Established Auxano with a vision to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and growth among businesses. A strategic thinker and a purpose-driven individual, Brijesh completed Chartered Accountancy & graduation from the University of Mumbai. While he donned the entrepreneurial hat in 2009 in the wealth management space, joined hands with Ashish Padiyar in 2013 to form BellWether Associates.

Looking at the growing entrepreneurial ecosystem, together they setup Auxano in 2016.

Dr. Ravindran K

K Ravindran taught at the Department of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, from 1985 to 2006. On 2006, he moved on to set up a School of Research Methodology, in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, developed course curriculum for M.Phil. and Ph.D courses, and headed the School of Research Methodology as Chair Person.

He has rich experience in consulting both for public and private sector organizations. His expertise include Organizational Research, Psychoanalytic Consulting for Organizations, Designing Psychometric Tests, and designing and conducting Assessment and Development Centers.

Rajagopal G: Founder

Rajagopal is an experienced business leader & a healthcare entrepreneur who chartered a career in the healthcare sector out of his passion. Raj is the co-founder & CEO of KITES. Prior to founding KITES, Raj served as the CEO of HCG Milann, a leader in the treatment of infertility & was also the CEO of Motherhood, a boutique birthing chain. He carries with him a rich experience in the field of management and finance across FMCG, Tech and Oil & Gas industries.

Tushima, an alumnus of TISS, Mumbai is an experienced human resource professional who specializes in well – being and career coaching. A ICF certified coach, Hogan Certified assessor, she is skilled in Behavioural Assessment, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Job Evaluation and more.

Sujata Gadekar

An experienced software engineer turned Yoga Trainer, Sujata switched to become a full time Yoga practitioner and a teacher 6 years back. She has completed multiple yoga trainings and certifications through Bodhi School of Yoga. Sujata is passionate about making well-being an integral part of our lives and is dedicatedly works with different agencies and in an individual capacity to drive the change. She has completed over 500+ hours in teaching yoga
